We offer you a physical health check.
The physical health check is part of the EDC vitality check and will take place from 20-24 February in Conferenceroom ‘Skihut’ and Conferenceroom ‘Het kleine Bos’. The check consists of a collection of tests to map your physical vitality and includes the following components:
- Height, weight and BMI
- Fat percentage
- Blood pressure and resting heart rate
- Abdominal size
- Cholesterol and glucose
- Vision or audiometry check (depending on function)
Your consultation with the vitality advisor.
Immediately after the physical check, a meeting will take place between you and the vitality advisor, in which the results of your physical check will be discussed and you will receive tips to improve your vitality. The advice focuses on recovery from health complaints or disorders, increasing the capacity to work (lifestyle, motivation and competences) or adjusting the workload. If necessary, the vitality advisor may decide to refer you to a general practitioner, company doctor or other medical specialist.

You can choose your own time slot for your physical health check.
For employees who work a lot behind a computer, an additional vision test (screen examination) is offered. For technical service employees, an additional audiometry test (hearing test) is available. If this applies to your position, click on the button ‘Basic check incl. vision/audiometry’ to choose a time slot for your examination.
